Tasked with designing an entirely new crew-friendly POS system for one of the world’s largest inflight caterers, we created a modern, sleek, consumer-familiar mobile solution.

Our platform decreased the average time to transact by 46% and is now live in the hands of 1000s of crewmembers processing millions of transactions.

In the ever changing aviation industry, and its pursuit of ancillary revenue, we create new opportunities for airlines who look to reinvent their inflight offering. For example, we created a web-based customer-facing onboard marketplace, connecting onboard Wi-Fi and Crew POS devices.

As customers engage using their own devices, not only does this lead to tens of thousands of unique impressions, but in its trial phase alone our storefront drove a 26% increase in spend per head and reduced seat-side transaction time by 45%.

TAV

One of the worlds largest Airport operators, servicing 1 million flights and 152 million passengers annually, was looking to assess their premium lounge offering.

Using our unique customer sentiment analysis approach we were able to provide TAV with in depth insight into the future of lounge services in the USA.
